Current 2019 Preakness Stakes odds: Who’s the favorite?
If the advanced wagering stays — and it usually does, give or take a few points — Improbable is a defined preferred for Saturday’s Preakness Stakes.

Bourbon War dipped to 9-2 as the alternative using Alwaysmining, the Maryland-bred, third on the board at 5-1. War of Will floated up to 7-1 after assigned a railroad post ranking for the second consecutive race, while Grade 3 winner Owendale crept down to 9-1 at the close of the day.
The rest of the prices in the 13-horse field attained into the double digits.A son of City Zip, Improbable is trained by Bob Baffert, who tied the Preakness’ all-time record when Justify became his seventh winner of this race last year. Justify’s ownership collection of WinStar Farm, China Horse Club and Starlight Racing also campaigns Improbable, who is the lone previous Grade 1 winner in this field but also winless in three starts this season.
